When you restore or reset your keyboard to it's factory settings you will lose all your work you have saved on the keyboard. The keyboard should reset itself like it just came off the factory line. Drums Unlimited Rentals nor any of their employees are responsible for any damages. Factory resets should only be done as a last resort! If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, then you should have it done by a certified repair technician.
