Working at the White House is never easy but all of you made it seem that way. It was a fantastic, hand-picked group of people that could roll with the lock-downs, evacuations, cold food (because it’s been sitting at screening for four hours) and everything else with a smile on their face. Thank you for your help putting together and pulling off the Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp / Health Monitor event at the Marriott. The gear was great (thanks for sending the jazz bass) as were Billy and Brian. I had expected to see Billy before he left, but got swept upstairs to look after the after-party, and guess he and Brian packed and blazed. Please tell Billy thanks for me, he did a great job. I looked at a venue we're considering for future full-blown Fantasy Camps, and these corporate parties are starting to take off. I hope we have many opportunities to work together in the future, and I'll recommend you to anyone looking for quality back line gear and staff in your area.

This is "MC Mike"! I obviously took the email POC list from Vic Beresford for my email (Thanks Vic!). First, what an honor for me personally to be associated with such a first class, awesome, 'knocked it outta the park', Army Birthday Ball. If because of your individual role you were glued to your program monitor, audio or lighting board position, teleprompter jockey, stage manager, show producer/director/writer, or did your part for production but didn't get to be at the actual event ... I am passing along some unsolicited comments that came my way throughout the evening and the next morning at the Hilton.

Young Army Couple Sun AM - This was our 4th Army Ball. The entire evening was perfect! Really liked Afro Blue during dinner and then high energy Rock-n-Roll and dancing later! And for you Karen -- "For a hotel, the dinner (food) was really very good! ... AND... easy access to bathrooms a big plus!" (said the wife as she smiled)
I think the high point of the evening for me was the remote to Afghanistan and the Soldiers. The standing ovation by our audience made it special. And I am glad those Soldiers had their lines all memorized too! If you have time, go to the Army Homepage and check out the story and some pics that were posted. Some good comments there as well from guests and what it meant to them to attend such a party.

Thanks again for allowing me, my Co-MC GeNienne, and everyone who was onstage at some point the chance to make a little difference in the lives of our Soldiers, Veterans, and their Families - America's Heroes! I know they appreciated all the hard work! Army Strong! HOOAH!
